RETURN POLICY
Only if you receive a damaged product.
We try to stay accurate to the true colours of our fabrics, however colours of the products may slightly vary due to screen calibrations and photography. At Mia, every product that you order undergoes a strict quality check to ensure that you receive accurate measurements and damage free products. It is quite rare that you will receive a damaged or defective product.
However, if a customer does receive a defective product/s then he/she shall get full refund against the returned product/s. In such a case, contact us at mia.lynettevincent@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9903131376 attaching the package opening video and picture of the defective part of the product. We shall arrange a pick up from your delivery location. In case our delivery partners do not provide pick up service for a given Pin Code, then the customer shall return the package by India speed post, and share a scanned copy of the India Speed Post receipt via email to mia.lynettevincent@gmail.com. We shall refund you the shipping charges according to the speed post receipt.
NOTE: We only accept returns in case of damaged product/s for which the customer needs to provide us with a proof picture.
REFUND POLICY
Only If You Receive a Damaged Product/s.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product/s, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mia.lynettevincent@gmail.com.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Only in case of size exchange customer can raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
In order to get the size exchange, the customer needs to ship the garment back to us. We do not provide PICKUP Facility. The forward shipping charges of the exchanged product (from Mia to the customer's place) will be borne by us. The customer has to ship back the garment within 24-48 hours of the delivery, failing which, we will not be able to accept any exchange.
