As part of this process, we require you to send a package opening video when cancelling an order due to a wrong  product. This video will help us efficiently verify the issue and process your request. Please carefully review the guidelines below:

        You may request an order cancellation and return if you receive a wrong  product. This includes instances where the product received is different from what was ordered. (e.g., wrong size, colour, or item).

        Before opening the package, start recording a video that clearly shows the unopened package, including the shipping label and any visible damage to the external packaging.
        Continue recording as you carefully unbox the product, revealing its contents and condition. Make sure to capture any signs of damage or defects on the product itself.
