We are committed to ship your order within the given time frame. We ship on all days except Sundays and national holidays.

ORDER DISPATCH

At Mia, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 4-5 business days for metro cities and 6-8 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 

SHIPPING CHARGES 

Mia, offers free shipping for orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹200 is applicable for all COD orders. 

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the land. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to Mia will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration. If arbitration is not available, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah.
